What information do we collect on the Site? We collect both personal information and aggregated information on the Site. |
Personal Information You do not have to provide personal information to use any of the Site. However, particular services provided through the Site may require that you furnish personal information. We collect such personal information only when you provide it to us - for example, registering to receive electronic product updates, requesting samples, product catalogs or samples, purchasing items from our stores; and taking part in promotional opportunities. HIPAA MED-PASS is committed to abiding by the HIPAA regulations as they may pertain to the purchase and shipment of products. Information regarding a product purchased and the business entity or individual to which/whom it is shipped is held in strict confidence. |
Service Providers We collect information through the Site relating to traffic levels on the Site - for example, the total number of users visiting particular pages. We also collect and analyze aggregate demographic information relating to the search functionality on the Site. Aggregated information is helpful to us for improving the services we offer and for marketing purposes.
