How Downloadable Online Documents are Delivered |

- Once your order is complete, an online order confirmation will appear with your order number. Please print this screen as your receipt.
- Your downloadable documents are accessible two ways: by the order summary in your med-pass.com account or by the links in the email confirmation.
- Your purchase allows access to each link a total of six (6) times.
- An email confirmation and a link to your purchase will be sent to the designated email address immediately.
- The confirmation will contain one or more links to your product, typically in the form of a Microsoft Word™ (.doc) file. Some products may include Adobe Acrobat™ (.pdf) files or PowerPoint™ (.ppt) files in addition to the Microsoft Word™ (.doc) file, or in place of it.
- Click on the links to open the desired document(s).
- When prompted, it is best to click Save and save the file to the desired directory on your computer.
- Once the files are saved on your computer, you can choose to print or edit the files to fit the needs of your organization.

Troubleshooting |
The order confirmation will be sent immediately upon purchase. If the confirmation does not arrive immediately, troubleshoot the following: |
- Check that your email address was properly entered at the registration page.
- Check email spam filters for quarantined files.
- Check that your email server is properly functioning.

If you received the confirmation email, but cannot open the links, check your operating system security settings. |
