OASIS-C Forms Updates - Process Measures Indicators and More
MED-PASS OASIS-C forms are being updated to reflect the Process Measure Indicators (P) based on the March 2010 CMS Process-Based Quality Improvement Manual; and in
response to suggestions and comments from our users and product development partners. Enhancements to the forms will aid in documenting OASIS-C data pertinent to
the Process Measures which are being added to reporting later this year that will allow comparison of best practices implementation at patient, state and national
levels. The form enhancements also include customer suggestions that include reference keys and other features that make the forms more valuable and easier to use.
